The only one who can out pressure on Putin, is Chinese president Xi. And we need to make it clear to Xi that it can no longer be business as usual between the West and China, when China does not protest Putin's relentless rocket attacks on Ukraine cities and infrastructure. Why should the West tolerate any longer Putin's bombardments without him having to fear for any counter-attacks on Russian territory?
