The remarkable thing about Jobs’ arguably greatest feat, the iPhone, is that people at that time weren’t exactly complaining about their cellphones. In that sense, it literally underlined one of his famous sayings that “people don’t know what they want until you show it to them”… And so he did twelve years ago, and personal communication would never be the same. In retrospect, you might say that he gave people so many new options they’d never thought of, and all in a sleek, stylish, lightweight device. Should serve as an example IMO.
