"What If?" narratives should gain more attention, especially from historians. However, Hitler having won WW2 is one of the unlikeliest outcomes imaginable. There are multiple scenarios why he would have lost eventually. There was no contest between Germany and the U.S. in terms of military-industrial output. Not having conquered England, meant the Allies could use it as a large base close to the European mainland. Hitler tried to fight on two fronts, may be his biggest mistake. There are many, many more reasons. His doing did dramatically change the European map. Because Russia managed to advance as far as Berlin, all Eastern-European countries landed behind the Iron Curtain.
