Whatever Apple has in mind as far as an i-Car concerned, it will probably sell like the proverbial hotcakes. It is that strong of a brand. Too bad that Apple upon tackling personal communicating with its iPhone, never got to tackling the maybe 20-50 times bigger market of personal mobility while Steve Jobs was still alive. Under Tim Cook, one may expect a minimalist, Bang & Olufsen styled SUV or something. The man is a marketer, not a visionary like Jobs was. Speculating Jobs’ reasoning for pursuing an i-Car, might have been as follows.
