Within 10-15 years cities like London, Berlin, Amsterdam will add vehicle footprint to their policies for regulating incoming traffic, next to a vehicle’s emission profile, no doubt. Think about it, congestion charges, road pricing, parking tariffs can be determined accordingly. Cycling is great for covering small to medium-small distances, for use within cities. I do.
