Yup, but you don’t need the bulk that goes with enjoying comfort and privacy, 95–99 percent of the time. Btw, I am not talking about 100 percent replacing. Discussing road infrastructure is like discussing bandwidth and networks. ‘Road bandwidth’ benefits from using sleek vehicles. Better for ride-hailing too. At least, an alternative ought to be offered for use within and between cities. Since the car industry won’t, others may have to step up to the plate. The lighter the car and the more streamlined, the lighter (therefore) cheaper the battery pack can be as well.
